欢迎使用 ZERO桌面（以下简称"本软件"）。下载、安装或使用本软件，即表示你同意以下条款。

1. 软件许可

本软件免费提供给个人使用。你可以在自己的电脑上安装和使用本软件，但不得对本软件进行出售、出租，或将其冒充为自己的作品再分发。

2. Google 账号与第三方服务

使用邮箱功能需要你登录自己的 Google 账号，你在 Gmail 中的行为同时受 Google 服务条款约束。
天气、节假日、翻译、下载等功能依赖第三方服务，这些服务可能变更或中断，本软件不对其可用性作出保证。
每台电脑只能使用一个 Gmail 账号：第一次在这台电脑上登录的 Gmail 账号会与这台电脑绑定，之后不能自行更换为其他账号。确需更换（例如换了邮箱或电脑），请通过意见反馈或邮件联系我们解除绑定。
本软件对 Google 用户数据的处理方式见隐私政策。

3. 测试阶段与意见反馈

本软件目前处于测试阶段，功能和界面可能随时调整。欢迎通过官网或软件里的"意见反馈"告诉我们问题和建议，每人每天最多可以提交 5 次。

4. 合理使用

请勿使用本软件发送垃圾邮件、下载或传播侵权及违法内容，或进行任何违反所在地法律法规的行为。因你的使用行为产生的责任由你自行承担。

5. 免责声明

本软件按"现状"提供，不附带任何明示或默示的担保。开发者会尽力保证软件稳定可靠，但不对因使用或无法使用本软件造成的数据丢失、邮件遗漏或其他损失承担责任。重要文件和邮件请自行备份。

6. 条款变更

本条款可能随软件更新而调整，更新后会修改本页面顶部的生效日期。变更后继续使用本软件，即视为接受新条款。

Terms of Service

By downloading, installing or using ZERO Desktop ("the app"), you agree to these terms.

1. License

The app is provided free of charge for personal use. You may install and use it on your own computers, but you may not sell, rent, or redistribute it as your own work.

2. Google account and third-party services

The mail features require signing in to your own Google account. Your use of Gmail is also governed by the Google Terms of Service.
Weather, holidays, translation and download features rely on third-party services that may change or become unavailable.
One Gmail account per computer: the first Gmail account signed in on a computer is bound to it and cannot be switched by the user. To change it (for example a new mailbox or computer), contact us via Feedback or email to remove the binding.
How the app handles Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Beta and feedback

The app is currently in beta; features and design may change at any time. Please tell us about problems and ideas via Feedback on the website or in the app (up to 5 submissions per person per day).

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to send spam, download or distribute infringing or illegal content, or break any applicable law. You are responsible for how you use the app.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for data loss, missed email, or other damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app. Please keep your own backups.

6. Changes

These terms may change with new versions of the app; the effective date above will be updated. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
